with potential for extension or conversion Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Information Systems Inventory & Asset Management Specialist to support the lifecycle management of IT hardware assets. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, processing, and documentation of equipment for reuse or disposal, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Process IT hardware assets for reuse or disposal in accordance with established procedures Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates Complete and manage tasks within IT service management platforms Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and technicians to facilitate asset handling and resolution of requests Perform data analysis to reconcile physical inventory with system records Validate data sanitization documentation and ensure compliance with security standards Generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and operational tracking Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving inventory or asset-related issues Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management, procurement, workstation support, or a related area Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with Power Query or similar data analysis tools preferred) Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work onsite and participate in in-person interviews Must be eligible to work without current or future sponsorship Screening questions: Do you now or in the future require sponsorship (e.g. H-1B)?
