Experiential Scenography Artistic Director

We are looking for an Experiential Scenography Artistic Director to imagine and orchestrate bold and innovative concepts for international events.

YOUR ROLE

• Design and illustrate immersive and impactful scenographies, blending creativity, innovation, and excellence in staging event spaces.
• Develop sketches, models and 3D renderings to effectively comminucate your concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Develop strong artistic concepts that perfectly align with clients' identities and strategic event objectives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (scenographers, designers, motion designers, videographers, creative technologists, technical production managers, audiovisual technicians) to bring immersive concepts to life.
• Define an inspiring and challenging artistic direction, ensuring visual and narrative coherence across projects.
• Challenge established ideas and push the boundaries of creativity to achieve excellence and innovation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their expectations and translate them into highly valuable scenographic experiences.
• Maintain a constant vigilance on trends in scenography design, digital art, and immersive technologies to incorporate them into projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 8 to 10 years as an Artistic Director, Creative Director, or Experiential Scenographer, in event production, luxury, museography, immersive architecture, and digital fields.
• Drawing Skills: Proven proficiency in freehand drawing and digital design tools, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into clear visual representations.
• Mastery of CAD, 2D, and 3D tools: Ability to express created spaces in 2D and 3D, with a strong sensitivity to luxury and innovation aesthetics.
• Ability to translate an artistic vision into concrete and achievable concepts, considering technical and budgetary constraints.
• NaturaI leadership, capable of inspiring a team and fostering collective intelligence.
• Boundless curiosity and a visionary mindset, always on the lookout for new inspirations and trends.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and advocating creative ideas.
• A collaborative and supportive mindset, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
