About the Role We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful property group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and relationship-building to play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements Previous experience in a sales or negotiator role within the property sector Understanding of valuation principles Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ideally be a member of industry bodies such as NAEA or ARLA although not essential Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
