PHYSICAL THERAPIST PRN

LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled PHYSICAL THERAPIST PRN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our regional healthcare system in Maryland. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care across a diverse patient population, supporting our mission to improve health and promote well-being in the communities we serve. Working within a collaborative, innovative environment, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individualized interventions focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and maximizing independence. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and case managers to coordinate care, contribute to safe discharge planning, and ensure continuity of services. In this role, you will conduct thorough examinations that include strength, range of motion, balance, gait, and functional mobility assessments; implement tailored treatment programs that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and gait and balance training; and provide ongoing patient and family education on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and long-term self-management. You will document all care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record, track progress toward measurable goals, and adjust interventions based on patient response and clinical judgment. This PRN position offers flexible, as-needed scheduling that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet fluctuating patient care needs across inpatient and/or outpatient settings. You will practice primarily in an on-site clinical environment where direct patient interaction, adherence to infection control standards, and effective time management are essential.
