Here, we believe that variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you’ll have the chance to inspire and develop a talented team in one of our fantastic food venues.

At Butlin’s, we know that no seaside trip is complete without delicious food. As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this experience, leading a team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen porters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, training, and developing your team
• Managing stocktakes, rosters, and timesheets
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
• Collaborating closely with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
• Supporting other kitchen teams and participating in event work during conferences

• Qualified: You should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Cost-conscious: Capable of managing margins and controlling costs while ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.

Typical working hours: Five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, with participation in a bonus scheme.
