The Content Product Manager owns the content business engine across Guides and Memberships. This role is responsible for defining and executing the strategy that connects premium HG content into a coherent mental health education experience. They will design how users move from first purchase to repeat engagement using data, experimentation, and clear product narratives. This is a feature delivery role that requires a strong strategic foundation.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end content product and experience strategy across Guides and Memberships.
Design the content ecosystem: how modules, bundles, and subscriptions fit together as a coherent learning experience.
Own key metrics: conversion rate, LTV, retention, and engagement across Guides and Memberships.
Optimize the user experience to drive key learning and real world outcomes for your products.
Plan the monthly membership content production cadence: lecture topics, timelines.
Set clear product specifications and standards for content products (Dr. K's Guide, Memberships) to guide engineering, design, and data teams.
Translate product strategy into clear, measurable PRDs and experiment plans.
Analyze funnel data to identify UX friction and drop-off points, translate findings into product improvements.
Partner with Marketing on positioning, launches, user journey alignment.
Manage cross-product tradeoffs between Guides and Memberships.
Own weekly dashboards and monthly performance reporting.
Collaborate with the Platform PM to enable data-driven and personalized content experiences.
Stay close to the Healthy Gamer community – understand what's working, what's confusing, what's missing.
Communicate strategy and progress clearly to the team through regular updates and documentation.
Must Have
Deeply data-driven: use analytics to make decisions, identify problems, and validate solutions.
Strong design sensibility: know what good UX looks like, create intuitive user flows, ensure products feel easy to use.
AI-native: use AI tools to accelerate work—creating prototypes, writing specs, analyzing data, building automations.
Clear communication and visibility: keep the team always aware of what you're working on and why.
Familiarity with mental health, wellness, or community-driven products.
Nice to Have
Shipped education or learning products that achieved measurable engagement or revenue outcomes.
