We’re hiring an experienced
Database Administrator
to support data analysis and database management for a technology team in a regulated environment. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing database platforms, supporting ETL/data warehousing workflows, and ensuring reliable performance and operations. Location / Work Setup
Remote (Delaware-based team) Occasional onsite meetings in Delaware for larger issues/team collaboration Occasional stakeholder conference (about 1-2x/year) Schedule / Duration
37 hours/week, day shift Contract through 06/30/2026 (start target: late January 2026) What You’ll Do
Administer and support database environments for an application team. Maintain and enhance
data dictionaries
and
logical/physical data models . Maintain a central data repository and support the system development lifecycle. Manage
backup and recovery
processes for data dictionary and related assets. Define and maintain standards for data dictionaries. Perform
performance tuning , monitor performance, and manage capacity/space requirements. Schedule and monitor end-of-day
data warehousing jobs . Assist with coordinating software releases and operational changes. Provide clear status updates and document work performed. Required Qualifications
5+ years of Snowflake experience ETL experience Strong communication skills (written and spoken) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
