The Role As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our Back‑of‑house networks in our Managed properties, contact centers and corporate offices, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our data centre environments.
Responsibilities
Design, implement and support new and existing services for customers and business partners.
Improve performance and availability of existing networks and services.
Research, track, document, publish, maintain and deliver on network policies and procedures.
Work with management to improve processes, procedures and reduce inefficiencies.
Apply out‑of‑the‑box thinking – textbook solutions are not always the best answer.
Mentor, train and assist team members.
Qualifications Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
7+ switches, firewalls (Cisco ASA/FTD/Fortinet) and security concepts.
Experience with Cisco Meraki or similar cloud‑managed networking platforms.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) is a plus.
Experience Preferred:
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
Experience in hybrid cloud networking environments.

The salary range for this position is $90,900 - $118,000.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
