We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical conditions, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, patient care, and the ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual needs. The Physical Therapist will work in a collaborative environment, providing care in settings that may include hospitals, outpatient clinics, and inpatient facilities.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop individualized care plans based on patient evaluations and treatment goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy.
* Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with healthcare regulations.
* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
* Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored for diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics.
* Experience in inpatient settings as well as outpatient rehabilitation environments.
* Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and the application of appropriate therapeutic techniques.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
* Ability to utilize various therapeutic systems and modalities to enhance patient recovery outcomes.
* Compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring a supportive environment for healing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
