Pay That Respects Your Time

Regional Driver Pay Structure:

  • Under 75 miles: $20/hour

  • 75+ miles: $0.60 CPM

  • Empty / Deadhead Miles: $0.45 CPM (Regional & OTR)

Driver Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL

  • 24 years of age or older

  • 18 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience

  • DOT pre-employment drug screen

  • No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving in the past 10 years
    (No more than one DUI/DWI total)

  • No more than 5 employers in the past 12 months

  • SAP candidates must have completed Return-to-Work

  • Minimum 3 years since a positive marijuana test

  • Minimum 5 years since any other offense
