In this role, you will lead platform modernization and architectural evolution across multiple healthcare SaaS products, designing systems that transform complex healthcare workflows into simple, reliable software solutions.
This role operates at a portfolio level, partnering with engineering leaders, product teams, and executives to align technical architecture with business outcomes.
You will partner closely with existing product architects, principal engineers, and engineering leaders across EverHealth. Architecture is a shared responsibility within our engineering organization.
This role is not a centralized gatekeeper for architecture, but rather a technical leader who collaborates with teams to shape the architectural direction of the portfolio.
You will also play a key role in driving innovation across the organization, including the thoughtful adoption of AI-driven capabilities, modern cloud architectures, and interoperable healthcare technologies.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex systems problems, influencing architecture across teams, and helping organizations scale through strong technical foundations.

Facilitate architecture and design reviews across teams
Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders in system design and architectural thinking
Help teams align on shared architectural patterns and platform capabilities
