Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Regional Sales Manager
with a strong background in
fasteners, fixings, or construction-related building products
to take ownership of a well-established northern territory. This is a field-based role focused on driving new business, developing key contractor relationships, and growing specification-led sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales across the North UK territory Develop strong relationships with contractors, installers, and distributors Identify and secure new business opportunities within construction and industrial sectors Deliver technical product presentations and site-based support Manage and grow an existing customer base while expanding market share Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM systems Work closely with internal teams to support pricing, quoting, and project delivery Achieve and exceed regional sales and margin targets
