40 hours - Summary: The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in turning Microsofts commercial strategy into clear, local execution and measurable results. We drive operational excellence across regions, areas, and subsidiariesconnecting insight with action to accelerate transformation and deliver business impact at scale. Sales Excellence sits at the core of this execution engine. As trusted advisors to sales leadership, we bring discipline, insight, and momentum to priority initiatives, enabling consistent, high-quality outcomes. The UK & Ireland Sales Excellence team works closely with Regional Sales Enablement Leadership, Business & Sales Operations, and Finance to support business performance end to end.
