We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Midlothian, TX. The Sales Coordinator for Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials plays a vital role in supporting the outside sales team and delivering exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the sales department, ensuring seamless coordination between outside sales, customers, and internal teams. About the Role Responsibilities: Enter new project quotations Setting up new sales orders Pricing updates Generating and sending sales reports daily, weekly, and monthly Provide internal support between Sales, Customer Service, and Credit Review customer accounts and initiate credit/rebills as necessary Collect job information sheets and related tax documents Help initiate customer credit application process Note:

About You We Require: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Ability to type 4050 WPM. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems. Oracle experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Superior organization, prioritization, and time-management skills. Ability to present oneself and communicate both orally and in writing in a professional, positive, and courteous manner at all times with customers and all levels of employees. Self-directed and motivated to continually evaluate and improve processes and procedures. Ability to demonstrate patterns of positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication.
