The Role The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new logo Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by converting qualified leads into closed business. This role focuses on running a sales process from discovery through close. You will be expected to consistently close business, maintain pipeline discipline, and build long-term client relationships that lead to referrals and expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Convert qualified leads into closed MSP agreements, driving new logo MRR Run a structured sales process from discovery through close Conduct 35 first-time appointments (FTAs) per week Manage and maintain pipeline activity within CRM Build trust with prospects and position value-based solutions Maintain strong follow-up, objection handling, and negotiation discipline Develop long-term client relationships for referrals and future opportunities Requirements: 3+ years of B2B sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and opportunities Ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining consistent activity levels MSP or IT services experience is a plus, but not required Culture: Core values: Love What You Do, Level Up, Own It (or Step Aside) Collaborative, competitive, and growth-oriented team Quarterly company events and team celebrations Flexible scheduling when needed Environment that values autonomy and accountability Benefits: Base salary of $75,000-100,000 with first year OTE ~ $160,000-180,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Bonus incentives based on performance 9 paid holidays.
