Salary Range: $23.00 To $25.00 Hourly
Overview HPN is seeking a Co‑Op student to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality data solutions for HPN and its members. This role supports the organization’s multiple initiatives and provides an opportunity for hands‑on experience while pursuing studies. Open only to students graduating after June 2026.
Start/End Date: July 6–December 23 (six‑month co‑op)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am‑5 pm ET (37.5 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: $25 / hour
Responsibilities Support business teams in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data. Gather and document requirements for dashboards and analytics solutions; build and maintain Power BI reports to support decision‑making. Ensure data quality through review and validation. Contribute to projects aligned with enterprise strategy. Identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar field (exceptional senior undergraduates may be considered). Experience with analytical tools and languages such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, and/or SQL. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional detail orientation with polished written and verbal communication. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and synthesize business needs and translate into work product. Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization; able to convey data stories to a non‑technical audience. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM preferred. Previous internship or co‑op experience required.
Other Information HPN is a remote‑first company. All new staff will be required to be in the Boston area multiple days during weeks designated as All‑Staff weeks.
