We’re looking for *two experienced carpenters* (3–5+ years) to join our team for *maintenance, renovations, and building projects*. Must be *self-sufficient*, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision.
*Position Details:*
* Work includes maintenance (indoor/outdoor), sheetrock, drywall, roofing, flooring, and general carpentry
* Some plumbing, roofing and general maintenance experience needed.
* Must lift 50+ lbs, have reliable transportation, and own basic hand tools (tool belt, accessories, etc.)
*Salary & Benefits:*
* *$18–$22/hr* (intermediate to advanced level)
* Overtime potential during peak season.
*Hiring Considerations:*
* Seeking candidates within a *30–40 min commute range*
* Albany-based applicants welcome with added incentives
