About The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen environment? We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic Butlin's Team in beautiful Bognor Regis!
At Butlin’s, we believe that variety is the spice of life! In this role, you’ll have the chance to lead and develop a talented team in one of our fantastic food venues. After all, no trip to the seaside is complete without delicious food, and we’re committed to delivering this to every guest, every time.
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the helm, guiding a team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen porters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and developing your team
- Managing stocktakes, rosters, and timesheets
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
- Collaborating closely with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to provide exceptional service
You'll also have the opportunity to support other kitchen teams and participate in exciting event work during conferences held on resort.
About You

Additionally, you should have:
- A Level 3 Food Safety qualification
- Confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene compliance

Typical working hours: Five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, with participation in a bonus scheme.
