Job Description
Salary: £43,950
Location: South East London
Driving Licence: Required
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends or bank holidays)
What You’ll Be Doing:In this role, you will:
- Assess and review individual care packages
- Provide practical training to care workers
- Conduct clinical supervisions and offer guidance
- Collaborate with healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
- Engage with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, and both private and NHS hospitals
Additionally, you will participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
You should be a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with:
- Experience in complex care
- Tracheostomy and ventilation experience
