Job Description

Salary: £43,950

Location: South East London

Driving Licence: Required

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends or bank holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you will:

  • Assess and review individual care packages
  • Provide practical training to care workers
  • Conduct clinical supervisions and offer guidance
  • Collaborate with healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
  • Engage with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, and both private and NHS hospitals

Additionally, you will participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

You should be a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse with:

  • Experience in complex care
  • Tracheostomy and ventilation experience
