Cimpress businesses and their vendors manufacture customized products for end-customers, including small/medium businesses, resellers, and direct customers. We address fulfillment challenges related to manufacturing and delivering unique, customized products efficiently and cost-effectively. The Fulfillment Domain within Cimpress Technology enables management of production and delivery of near-zero defect, mass-customized products through advanced manufacturing, logistics, and shipping systems. We are re-imagining this space and seek an experienced UX Designer with expertise in B2B manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics to shape the future of mass customization fulfillment. Responsibilities
Lead UX research and strategy, developing personas, user flows, and scenarios to optimize UX. Contribute to the vision and strategy for Fulfillment products, collaborating with product teams. Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. Deliver impactful designs through collaboration in Figma, prototyping, and data visualization. Mentor and grow the UX team, fostering best practices and innovation. Partner with the Design Guild to establish and evangelize design standards. Qualifications
8+ years in a senior UX role within B2B product organizations, with 2+ years in leadership. Experience designing SaaS products loved by users. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience with complex B2B products, ideally in manufacturing. Excellent communication skills. Strategic thinking and data-driven experimentation mindset. Creative, curious, growth-oriented attitude. Proficiency in written and spoken communication, especially remote collaboration. Nice to Have
Formal education in design (bachelor's or master's). Experience with global product and engineering teams. Understanding of manufacturing, LEAN principles, logistics, and shopfloor processes. Why You'll Love Working Here
