• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday - Full time coverage
• Patients per day: 15-18 at max
• Practice Setting: Rural Health Clinic in Critical Access Hospital
• Scope: All under scope
• State Licensure: Oregon license
• Credentialing timeframe: 0-30 days
