CDL A Flex Driver - $25 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local flex operations based in Arlington, TX. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details: 

• Schedule: Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends

• Pay:  $25 Per hour

• Route Type: Local Dallas-Fort Worth area

• Freight / Load Type: Varies by assignment

• Equipment: Varies by assignment 

• Handling: Must be comfortable with touching freight

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Hazmat & Tanker preferred not required

• Equipment Experience: Dry Van

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including touch freight

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
