• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
• Accurately place concrete according to customer specifications and site conditions
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
• Maintain the truck’s cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Valid Class B or A CDL License
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and follow all traffic and safety regulations
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service
• Capability to complete documentation accurately and use onboard technology
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings and overtime

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
