As an LVT, you will play a key role in guiding our medical support staff and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who loves teaching, excels at organization, and is ready to take on a leadership position within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hospital Flow Management: Oversee daily workflow to ensure efficient appointment flow, timely patient care, and smooth coordination between departments.
- Dental & Surgical Coordination: Manage the dental and surgical schedules and collaborate with doctors to support safe and efficient procedures.
- Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all team members follow safety protocols, OSHA standards, and hospital policies. Support a culture of safety for both staff and patients.
Schedule :
- This can be a Full-Time or Part-Time position with availability needed weekdays and every other Saturday. (Rotating Saturdays required)
Full-Time Benefits and Compensation **
- Compensation: $18-$25 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus Package: Up to $2,000
- CE Allowance: $500 for first year of employment & $1,000/year for every year following for LVTs

Minimum Qualifications and Skillset :
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, surgery, and patient care
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience mentoring or training preferred
- A positive, team-focused attitude
