Job Overview:
If hands-on work and steady activity make your days go by faster, this role is sure to keep the momentum going. Marvin is seeking a Material Handler who will support the movement of materials to help deliver high‑quality products to customers on time. This role plays a key part in day‑to‑day warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a team environment. Work takes place in a clean, brightly lit, climate‑controlled facility designed with employee well‑being in mind. Plus, receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team!
Marvin offers a $5,000 relocation bonus after relocating to support your move to Warroad, MN. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits starting on the first day of employment, paid time off, and a built‑in pay raise after six months. Please note that housing is not provided.
- Load and unload trucks by hand with accuracy and care. No forklifts required!
- Use scanners and computer systems like ICIM to track materials and shipments.
- Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy based on established guidelines.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
Days: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Evenings: 3:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.
- Stay on your feet and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift
- Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms
- Safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 lbs
- Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment
- Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
