Competitive Pay: $25.00–$31.33/hour + credit for experience + $3.25 PM and $3.50 NOC shift differential + holiday and on-call pay
Schedule: PRN position with shifts available 2:00pm–10:00pm, 10:00pm–6:00am, and 6:00am–2:00pm

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations
Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license required
Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
New graduates are welcome
Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
