Blow Moulding Warehouse Operative

Salary: Starting from £29,290.59

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights, 7-7)

If you have experience as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, Warehouse Operative, Packaging Operative, or Material Handler, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth supply of bottles to our production lines, maintaining stock accuracy, and keeping our operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate bottle supply equipment efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload trailers for stock movement.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring accurate traceability.
• Clear jams and perform basic fault finding on de-bagging and conveying systems.
• Complete all required documentation and logbooks accurately.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level.
• Support colleagues and escalate issues to minimize downtime.

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• A team-focused approach.
• Knowledge of food contact packaging is an advantage.

We offer a competitive shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off (days and nights, 7-7) with premium rates included in your pay:

• 1.25x for Saturdays
• 1.5x for Sundays
• 1.23x for unsociable hours (6pm-4am Mon-Fri)
• 2x for public holidays

Additional premiums include:

• 1.25x consolidated pay rate for overtime
• 2x basic pay rate for Christmas Day & New Year's Day
