As a shift leader, you will coordinate activities within the department, overseeing the production process to ensure efficient operations. Motivating and supervising the team.

Working Hours: You will work in a fixed 2-shift system from 14:00 to 22:00. Proven work experience as an operator, foreman, or shift leader in a production environment.
Vocational education (MBO-3) level of competence.
You speak English.
