This role is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by developing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within those accounts. The TSR partners closely with Territory Sales Managers to grow account volume, build relationships with key decision makers, and actively manage a pipeline of opportunities. How You Will Make a Difference: Partner with Territory Sales Manager to execute account plans, drive engagement with decision makers, and achieve sales goals Drive account growth and net new development through consistent outreach, identifying opportunities, and managing a pipeline in Salesforce Conduct virtual presentations and present solutions to advance opportunities and support customer growth Utilize Salesforce, Seismic, and new web portal to track activity, manage opportunities, and support customer engagement Leverage reporting and customer insights to identify trends, address risks, and uncover opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support customer needs and sales initiatives Skills for Success: Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, manage opportunities, and build customer relationships High School Diploma required Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers and present solutions Proficient in Word, Excel, Salesforce, AI and related systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage a pipeline, identify opportunities, and advance deals Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to perform under pressure and adapt in a dynamic sales environment
