Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and customer-focused? Colorado Golf & Turf is looking for a Mobile Service Advisor to join our growing service team! This role is the nerve center of our mobile operationscoordinating daily schedules for mobile technicians, dispatching field service calls, and keeping communication flowing between customers, technicians, and internal teams. What You'll Do: Be the primary point of contact for mobile service customers via phone, email, and text. Create and dispatch clear, actionable work orders using Aspen and Outlook. Coordinate technician schedules based on location, workload, and job urgency. Keep a rolling 3-day schedule and ensure techs are prepared to leave by 8:30am daily. Communicate with customers about estimates, arrival times, and job status updates. Collaborate with parts and internal service teams to ensure jobs run smoothly. Upload job documentation, generate invoices, and support warranty claims. What We're Looking For: 2+ years in service advising/writing and coordination, dispatching, or customer service (automotive, equipment, or field service preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Comfort using digital tools (Outlook, scheduling platforms, work order systems).
