Über

As a Data Analyst, Analytics & Insights you will be responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions that drive data‑informed decision making. Working under guidance, this role translates business needs into insights by analyzing data and building Power BI dashboards using sources such as SAP, Salesforce/ServiceMax, SQL Server, and Databricks. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders, gather requirements and support data governance, documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, reliable insights—requiring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration. What you will do
Build and maintain relationships with users and business leaders Gather and document business requirements in partnership with stakeholders Translate business questions into analytical approaches and reporting solutions Participate in presentations and communications with business stakeholders Query and analyze data using SQL or other analytical programming languages to support reporting and analytics needs Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using approved business intelligence tools Perform data and process analysis to support ad‑hoc business questions and requests Triage and resolve reporting issues, including data accuracy concerns Maintain clear documentation of reports, datasets, and analytic processes Support adherence to data governance practices including documentation of data definitions, sources, and calculations Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to align on architecture and data sourcing Assist with training and education of users on reporting solutions to promote effective report usage Contribute to team development by suggesting improvements to tools, workflows, and analytics capabilities What you need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau. Experience with SQL. Preferred
Experience with Excel. Experience in at least one programming language central to data analytics (e.g., Python, R, DAX, M). Experience with data transformation and cleansing concepts as well as basic database structures and data modeling concepts. United States of America Pay Ranges
