Microsoft 365 & Identity Operations Oversee design, deployment, and management of
Microsoft 365 services
(Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) Manage
Entra ID (Azure AD)
operations, including identity lifecycle and access management Monitor system health, performance, and service availability with regular reporting Support and optimize
Microsoft 365 Copilot
capabilities with proper identity and access controls Strategic Initiatives Lead initiatives related to
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
and Microsoft 365 integration Drive implementation of
Microsoft 365 E5 security and compliance features Contribute to the organization’s
cloud-first infrastructure and identity strategy Ensure solutions are scalable, future-ready, and aligned with modern cloud architecture Governance & Compliance Establish and maintain governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 environments Define policies for
Microsoft 365 Groups , ownership structures, and lifecycle management Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements Align identity governance with enterprise security and risk management frameworks Required Qualifications Proven experience managing
Microsoft 365 migration and implementation projects Strong background in
IT Project Management
within enterprise environments Hands-on experience with
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure xywuqvp Active Directory) Solid understanding of
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
principles Proficiency in
PowerShell scripting
for automation and administration Strong knowledge of
cloud architecture, networking, and security protocols Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with
Microsoft 365 E5 security and compliance suite Exposure to
global enterprise environments and large-scale transformations Certifications such as PMP, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or related
