This role offers the perfect blend of clinical impact, lifestyle flexibility, and the support of one of the strongest neonatal networks in the country.

• Practice at Winter Haven Women's Hospital , a specialty hospital dedicated to women and newborns
• Busy 11bed Level II NICU
• 236 annual NICU admissions with an average daily census of 6
• Approx. 1,800 deliveries annually
• Work in a 2physician practice supported by skilled NNPs and the larger BayCare neonatology team in Tampa
• Attend all Csections and deliveries
