Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Sales Representative, located in Naperville, IL. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and drive sales. Daily tasks include generating and following up with customers, providing product demonstrations, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with your team to develop effective strategies and continuously improve sales techniques. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively Customer service and relationship-building abilities to foster trust and satisfaction Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Sales and problem-solving capabilities to identify client needs and recommend solutions Proficiency in using basic office software; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
