Key Responsibilities Open and grow new retail accounts within an assigned territory Build relationships with store owners and key decision-makers Maintain strong in-store presence through merchandising and restocking Manage inventory, reorders, and support ongoing sales growth Execute promotions, sampling events, and local activations Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools Independently manage schedule and territory Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelors preferred Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Comfortable with local travel and a physically active role (lifting up to 40 lbs) Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset Competitive, organized, and results-driven Interest in sales, business, or consumer products No prior sales experience requiredpaid training provided.
