*What You’ll Be Doing*
As a Senior IT Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers through:
* Providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting across end‑user and infrastructure environments
* Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 ecosystems (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
* Supporting and developing networking environments: firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi, VPN
* Contributing to IT projects such as cloud migrations, security improvements, and system upgrades
* Monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure reliability and uptime
* Documenting configurations, processes, and technical designs
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to continuously improve service delivery
*What You’ll Bring*
* Approx. 6 years’ experience in an IT support or engineering role
* Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
* Solid grounding in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
* A deep understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
* Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
* Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager is a big plus
* Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
* A proactive, problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn
*Desirable (but not essential)*
* Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications
* Experience working within an MSP or multi‑site environment
