OUR TEAM

In the Maintenance Team, we aim to ensure machine reliability, process stability, and efficient maintenance practices through strong technical expertise and continuous improvement aligned with SMQDC-P standards.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

1. Provide automation technical support and ensure machine reliability

Support maintenance teams in maintaining machines and equipment in line with SMQDC-P standards, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing operations.

2. Optimize maintenance performance and interventions

Ensure effective and efficient maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective actions, to improve equipment availability, reduce downtime, and enhance TRS performance.

3. Collaborate and develop maintenance capabilities

Act as the key technical interface with central technical teams, engineering (BE), and external partners, while coaching and developing maintenance teams to strengthen technical competencies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in automation, maintenance, or industrial environments
  • Proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley / Rockwell, Siemens)
  • Experience in Variable Speed Drives (VSD / Inverters) configuration and commissioning (ABB, Siemens, Rockwell)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Good communication both in Thai and English
