As our client base continues to grow, we’re expanding our Project Management team to ensure every implementation is delivered with precision, clarity, and exceptional customer service.
*The Role*
We’re looking for a highly organised and client-focused *Project Manager* to lead ERP and Besyncly implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and beyond.
You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about delivering real business value.
*Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Initiation*
* Lead project kick-off sessions, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers
* Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
* Establish clear communication and governance frameworks
*Project Delivery & Coordination*
* Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery
* Coordinate across consultants, developers, third parties, and client teams
* Monitor progress using tools such as Celoxis and Teamwork
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
*Client Relationship Management*
* Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
* Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders
* Provide regular updates, reports, and issue tracking
* Proactively manage expectations and resolve concerns
*Risk, Issue & Change Management*
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
* Lead structured change control processes
* Monitor budgets and highlight potential overruns
* Ensure adherence to internal governance standards
*Quality Assurance & Delivery Excellence*
* Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards and best practices
* Manage sign-offs, UAT, training coordination, and go-live readiness
* Oversee cutover planning and post-go-live transitions
*Administration & Financial Tracking*
* Maintain systems including Celoxis, Jira, Teamwork, SharePoint, and NetSuite
* Perform month-end billing checks and validate project data
* Support accurate invoicing and reporting processes
*Continuous Improvement*
* Contribute to improving methodologies, templates, and processes
* Share knowledge and lessons learned across the team
* Support and mentor junior team members
*What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience*
* Proven experience delivering ERP, SaaS, or complex software implementation projects
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
*Desirable*
* Experience with NetSuite, Sage, iplicit, or similar ERP platforms
* Background in consultancy or software delivery
* Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM)
* Understanding of finance, supply chain, CRM, or operational processes
* Experience with integrations, APIs, or data migration
