*ABOUT US:*
We are a growing nationwide forward-thinking law firm established in 2012 with a vibrant culture. We are looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney who is eager to dive into a variety of cases and make an impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This role is ideal for a seasoned and strategic litigator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring junior attorneys, and takes pride in delivering high-quality legal work for institutional clients.
The Senior Litigation Attorney will independently manage a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters, including contested foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcy adversaries, title disputes, lender liability claims, quiet title actions, wrongful foreclosure defenses, and appellate work. The position requires a hands-on approach to all phases of litigation—from initial case assessment and strategy development to motion practice, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
This is a client-facing role that demands strong advocacy skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

* Monitor litigation involving Prestige Default Services and respond to subpoenas, discovery, and regulatory/government inquiries
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
* Review and approve legal work produced by junior attorneys and staff
* Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance on case strategy and legal writing
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (bankruptcy, eviction, foreclosure, compliance, etc.) to align legal strategy and ensure efficiency
* Track deadlines and maintain accurate documentation in the firm’s case management and calendaring systems
Process Improvement & Professional Development
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and litigation workflows
* Remain current on changes in local, state, and federal laws, court rules, and industry trends that impact the firm’s practice areas
