We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Lead Plumbing Installer* to oversee and perform the installation of plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge of plumbing systems, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while guiding a team of installers and apprentices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage plumbing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
* Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
* Install pipes, fixtures, and appliances for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety standards
* Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades on job sites
* Supervise, mentor, and train junior plumbers and apprentices
* Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed
* Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing installation issues
* Provide estimates for labor and materials when needed
* Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe, working condition
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Journeyman or Master Plumber License (as required by state)
* Minimum 5 years of plumbing installation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
* Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and tools
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience with both residential and commercial installations
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
* Familiarity with project management or job tracking software

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
