They have a strong point of view on digital storytelling, understand how to translate guest insights into content that performs, and thrive at the intersection of creativity, data, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaboration & CultureCollaborate cross-functionally with partners across Disney ExperiencesContribute to a team culture that is nimble, creative, optimistic, and forward-thinkingSupport a test-and-learn environment that encourages innovation and fresh ideasEditorial Strategy & IntegrationPartner with Digital Integration leadership, Content Strategists, Public Relations, and Public Affairs to translate business goals into integrated editorial strategiesLead and support content planning and amplification strategies, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right timeEnsure alignment across channels, consistency in voice, messaging, and storytellingIdentify opportunities to simplify complex planning topics into clear, engaging, and shareable content experiencesAudience Engagement & InsightsLead community management efforts with planDisney panelists, engaging with audiences and fostering meaningful connectionsMonitor performance and surface actionable insights, trends, and learnings to inform future contentProactively share metrics, case studies, and industry best practices to elevate team performanceTechnology, Tools & InnovationLeverage content management systems and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Teams) to manage workflows and productionIdentify opportunities to optimize processes through emerging technologiesContinuously explore new tools and formats to enhance storytelling and efficiencyContent Creation & ProductionServe as content producer/editor, creating engaging, high-quality content across platformsPlan, produce, support real-time and evergreen content, including live coverage at eventsWrite compelling, platform-optimized copy that drives engagement, community, and SEO performanceCollaborate with panelists and partners to bring authentic guest storytelling to lifeBasic Qualifications1–2 years of professional experience in digital content creation, social media, or communicationsDemonstrated understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagementStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferred QualificationsExperience creating and editing digital or social-first content (video, short-form, etc.)Familiarity with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)Understanding of SEO and content performance metricsExperience working with content management systems and digital workflowsKnowledge of Disney Experiences businesses and guest audiencesPrevious Disney experienceRequired EducationBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Digital Media, or related fieldAdditional InformationThis is an onsite role based in Orlando.Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
