We are looking for a full-time OTR or OTD to join our time.
Mon-Thurs 8:30am to 6:30pm (office closed on Fridays); we have built in writing and prep time every day. Productivity is not our main focus. We prioritize employee and patient satisfaction over revenue.
Our therapists are the most important members of our team. You will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages (primarily toddlers and preschoolers) and diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders, sensory dysfunction, attention deficits, fine motor deficits, deficits with ADL's for kids, feeding disorders, and many more as well as typically developing children.

*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school or program.
* Current occupational therapy license issued by the state of California.
* Current National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
* Experience with feeding difficulties
* Experience in early intervention.
* Customer service orientated and professional.
* Demonstrate good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills with a variety of individuals and groups. Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Must relate well to children and their families.
* Very good working knowledge in all applicable computer programs (Microsoft Office)
* Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and provide/obtain immunizations.
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively. This position requires frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting in order to observe, assess and interact with precious patients.

* Experience with pediatric feeding required
Required education:
* Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Required license or certification:
* California License as an occupational therapist
* National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
