Digital Care Programs Operations Business Analyst, Principal
The Digital Care Programs Operations team manages the Wellvolution platform and digital care programs. The Business Analyst, Principal, will report to the Sr. Manager Digital Care Program's Operations. In this role, you will support the Digital Care Program team with reporting and analysis work. This includes gathering and interpreting data to help identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. You will also be responsible for preparing regular reports, collaborating with team members to address key performance indicators, and recommending improvements based on your findings. Responsibilities
In this role, you will: Provide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations Develop, prepare, and analyze reports with highly complex analysis and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management. Accountable for providing monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) segmented by line of business, requiring the extraction and integration of data from various independent systems to conduct analytics and generate reports. Create reporting that monitors trending for Digital Care Programs. Use trending data to tell a story about the programs' successes, opportunities and challenges. Leads the forecasting and development for new programs and current programs forecast for SOW maximum Define business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency Analyzes actual results against plan and forecast and recommends interventions where appropriate Works cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions Involved in complex and abstract work items that significantly impact a business area or multiple business areas like employer groups, enterprise architecture, outbound data governance. Responsible for creating and/or overseeing all data requests for Wellvolution and other digital programs for internal and external solution/capability adoption (including internal training and external market messaging) Serves as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert representing Wellvolution growth using historical data objectives, market/customer experience and expectations, current and future process/system/organizational footprint, and cross-functional readiness requirements across all phases of a lifecycle Responsible for defining and documenting data requirements related to new Wellvolution and strategic change initiatives, new capabilities, like new programs or networks added. Responsible for contributing to cost of health care analysis and business cases for strategic and operational initiatives. Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SAS and SQL Typically viewed as a specialist within discipline. May have a broad knowledge of project management Experience leveraging data and analytics to improve operational performance Strong verbal, written, presentation, and group facilitation skills required, with the ability to convey complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand at all levels of the organization Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need. About Us
