What You Will Be Doing Within the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Sustainment organization, this Data Analyst Level 3 position will work with a talented group of technical individuals for the F-22 program. The role supports the team through all stages of a big data solution lifecycle, including data analysis/profile, database design, modeling, architecture, configuration management, data governance, integration with enterprise architecture, and solution sustainment. It also involves responsibility for Supply Spares Decision Support—repair, spares procurement recommendations, and fleet‑level performance projections to support customer requests. Ideal candidates understand challenges of the F‑22 sustainment customer base, leverage automation in big‑data environments, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Readiness Based Sparing Systems such as Aircraft Sustainability Model (ASM) & SPM.
Develop interactive data‑analytics dashboards to monitor and improve operational performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Conduct Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and recommend strategic solutions.
Build and automate data pipelines to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
Maintain and enhance existing databases and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Perform ad‑hoc research to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor key metrics and ensure performance against defined benchmarks and KPIs.
Identify emerging data trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues before they impact performance.
Participate in customer‑level meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and planning sessions to align technical solutions with program objectives.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience working with large datasets—system‑level extraction, formatting, ingestion/aggregation, and/or processing data; demonstrated statistical analysis and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated experience with programming, data‑analysis tools, and query development (e.g., C, Python, SQL).
Demonstrated experience with project management (managing cost, schedule, and deadlines).
Desired Skills
Understanding of F‑35 PAIR modeling process and ALIS PAIR data.
Background in STEM, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Management, Decision Sciences, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
Root‑Cause Corrective Action knowledge/ability.
Previous experience with data analysis and performance investigation in logistics disciplines, primarily supply and/or maintenance.
Prior U.S. Military background in logistics disciplines, primarily supply and/or maintenance (a plus).
Spares determination modeling or inventory analysis experience; Readiness Based Spares (RBS) experience (a plus).
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and assertive action‑oriented skills.
Experience with Python, VBA, SQL, HANA, and/or Tableau.
Experience mining SAP data such as inventory movements.
Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules Part‑time Remote Telework: The selected employee will work part of the week remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports alternate work schedules that provide flexibility, including standard 40‑hour weekly schedules and condensed options that offer additional time away from the office while retaining paid time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10‑hour day, 3 days off per week.
