Typically 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented
early‑career Data Analyst
to join our Commercial & Investment Banking support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, has an interest in the financial markets, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing exceptions, and helping ensure accuracy across a variety of financial instruments. What You’ll Be Doing Investigate and respond to operational requests and inquiries Review daily reports and identify potential issues or exceptions Support the processing of corporate actions Monitor, review, and respond to email communications Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues Manage exceptions in our primary instrument system across multiple asset classes, including: Stocks, Indexes, ETFs, Futures, Options, Rights and Warrants What We’re Looking For Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Interest in the stock market and financial instruments Flexible schedule, including occasional weekend availability Positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude Basic technical skills or a strong willingness to learn new systems Preferred Background 1–3 years of professional experience Prior exposure to the finance or banking industry is a strong plus Experience in operations, reporting, analysis, or support functions Why This Role?
