Contract: Part-time, 15 hours per week (2 days), term time only

Salary: £28,000 - £39,590 pro rata

Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

As an inspirational teacher , you will:

• Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability.
• Motivate students to develop a love for learning and achieve their potential.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children.
• Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), focusing on SEMH and ASC.
• A strong grasp of the National Curriculum, especially in Maths or English.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• A reflective approach to teaching and learning.
• Understanding of therapeutic educational approaches.
• The ability to adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
• A proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
