St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C. is seeking full-time OB/GYN physicians to join the established and highly respected Samaritan OB/GYN team in New York’s Capital Region. This is an excellent opportunity to practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology within a collaborative, physician, friendly environment supported by strong system resources and consistent patient demand.
Position Details:
Full-time, hospital-employed OB/GYN physician
Choice of Outpatient Practice Location: Opportunity to provide outpatient care at either our Latham or Troy offices. The Troy office is conveniently located adjacent to Burdett Birth Center, while the Latham location features a brand-new, modern clinical space.
Balanced call schedule with shared rotation, averaging approximately one week per month
Perform deliveries at Burdett Birth Center, with the option to manage high-risk deliveries at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany as well.

Specialty Support: Access to the SPHP Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) team, providing expert consultation and support for the management of high-risk obstetric patients.
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Interest in practicing a balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical care
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
New and recent graduates encouraged to apply
Recruitment Package:
Compensation package for providers with less than 5 years of experience:
Starting compensation of $350,000 - $380,000 depending upon experience, with ability to earn additional money in productivity
Starting Bonus: $50,000
Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the beginning of year 2
Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the beginning of year 3
Resident compensation available – up to 50 k per year for early sign on
Compensation package for providers with more than 5 years of experience:
Starting compensation of $400,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity
Starting Bonus: $25,000
Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the beginning of year 2
Retention Bonus: $25,000 at the beginning of year 3
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
