We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
*Duties*
- Supervise and support staff in daily tasks
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Manage shift schedules effectively
- Oversee cash register operations
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets
*Skills*
- Experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or grocery store management
- Proficiency in shift management and supervising staff
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of cash register operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.50 per hour
