Opening Specialist

Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts is seeking an Opening Specialist to join our Food & Beverage Operations team. As an Opening Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing the restaurant for business each day, ensuring we are ready to serve our guests great coffee and fresh food from the moment the doors open. You will arrive before opening to complete store set-up, brew and calibrate coffee and espresso equipment, stock and rotate products, and verify that all food and beverage items meet Dunkin’s freshness and quality standards. You will follow detailed opening checklists, count and secure cash drawers, verify change funds, and prepare the front counter, drive-thru, and back-of-house workstations for smooth, efficient service. In this role, you will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by executing daily cleaning and sanitation tasks in accordance with food safety and health regulations. You will handle and prepare food and beverages according to standardized recipes and brand procedures, use POS systems to process orders accurately, and support your teammates to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest. As a key early-morning team member, you set the tone for the day by modeling punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude. You will communicate clearly with shift leaders and managers about inventory needs, equipment issues, and guest feedback, helping to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
