WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Second Cook, you will play a key role in the execution and consistency of service.
- Plan and participate in weekly production
- Carry out service openings according to operational needs
- Collaborate with the chef for events
- Contribute to the development and evolution of menus
- Ensure daily mise en place and production
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Work closely with the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef
- MAPAQ certification and a culinary diploma
- Relevant experience as a professional cook
- Excellent priority management and ability to perform under pressure
- Autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability (day, evening, weekday and weekend)
